Sugar Skull

I've been interested in sugar skulls since a kid.  Spanish class I learned of Day of the Dead.  A celebration where family and friends get together to honor the dead.  Artisans paint sugar cookie skulls, each representing a departed soul. with bright cheerful colors.   The sugar in the sugar skull represents the sweetness of life.  They cover alters with these sugary creations and marigold flowers.

This blanket was made for those who share my interest.  The skull can represent anyone you wish.
I will be making more of these, in all size shape and color.

Fabric flowers.

For the longest time I've been asked if I sell flower bows.  No, sorry.. Until NOW!
I had a reason!  For the most part, the flowers I saw for sale were 'store bought' plastic with something glued on them.  This will not do!  I do not roll like this.  I do not want to wear, sorry, but that, crap!  PLUS, I cannot expect my Hand Made Ink customers to accept this.  So I came up with my own handmade version!
Introducing OOAK stacked fabric flowers! See this and much more on my etsy, click picture below!
